Fluent Frameworks started from a desire to bring niche cycling to a local level. Now, in it's 9th year of operation Fluent has been sending frames and complete bikes across Canada and the United States. Painting and finishing is a large part of Fluent Frameworks, you can expect a professional showroom finish on anything leaving the shop.
